Hi, I'm Elizabeth -
I'm a Certified Women’s Leadership Coach and I work with women leaders in a variety of fields, including medicine, law, corporate and s.t.e.m., whose lives and leadership are being negatively impacted by chronic stress and burnout symptoms.
I am dedicated to helping women, just like you, to find more meaning and purpose in their work and create more freedom and control over their day-to-day lives.

The first phase is an exploration, discovery, and assessment process that will tell us what stage of burn out you are in, what your top three challenges are, the blind spots that may be holding you back, and the creation of a customized strategic plan that will serve as a road map for the rest of our work together. The strategic plan will include tools resources additional assessments, strategies, and exercises strategic plan for the remainder of the program
The second phase of the program is the most robust, and is structured around the six key stages that are essential to reversing burn out symptoms. I following the framework I’m going through six key stages, you will be introduced to the core concepts that will get you out of the cycle of chronic stress and enable you to create a vision for your future that is based on your personal value system, your needs, your individual strengths, and your goals. it will also allow you to define your unique definition of success and happiness which will in turn provide an anchor for all future choices, decisions, challenges, and transitions that you may face.
The last and final phase of the program will include and omentum plan, or what you as an individual will need going forward to maintain the progress and growth you’ve achieved.
This is a vital part of the process because my goal for you is not just to provide the information tools and resources you need to flourish as a leader, But also to ensure that you continue to integrate what we’ve covered seamlessly into your day-to-day life so that the results or not short term.
Finally, this last page will include an evaluation of where you are as you are completing the program and planning your next steps. We will examine your desires and goals over the next year and create of a strategic plan to ensure you stay on track. You will also receive any additional tools and resources that you may need going forward.
This part of the process ensures you take away the impact and deeper level of value that will generate long-term benefits and sustainable change.
