The Resilient Leadership Framework is a proven process grounded in science-based tools and practical strategies and centered around the nine pillars of self-leadership. It is designed to empower you to become a confident, courageous, and resilient change-agent in your life and the lives of others.
 
It is a holistic approach that incorporates mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual components. The individual goals you set and the transformations you realize are concrete and sustainable.

This process will allow you to challenge your perceptions, build confidence in your leadership and cultivate more fulfillment and meaning in your day-to-day life.

Our work together will give you science-based tools and practical strategies to eliminate burnout, build resilience, manage your energy, leverage your innate strengths, and develop a confident leadership presence.

A Four-Part Approach

PART ONE

A Deep Dive

A deep dive into your needs, values, strengths, and goals helps you discern what “success” looks like for you right now. When you discover your unique set of “core nutrients” – what are your required ingredients for peak satisfaction in your work and life, you build a strong foundation to accelerate growth and create sustainable change.

PART TWO

The Inner Work

By examining our internal narrative or the mind-stories we tell ourselves allows us to see first hand what is keeping us stuck or spiraling downward. And rewriting them enables us to tap into the part of us that knows we are capable of more. Quieting these mental roadblocks empowers us to navigate fear and challenge on a new level. 

PART THREE

The Practical Skills

Learning and practicing new ways of setting goals and taking action include communicating with power, managing feedback, navigating negotiations and building a resilient and naturally strong leadership style.

PART FOUR

Strategy & Support

Putting into practice a strategic plan that includes a robust support system, mentors, toolkits and a method to foresee and overcome future challenges, allows you to maintain momentum and guarantee your continued growth.

Elizabeth Patterson is a Certified Women’s Career & Leadership Coach, burnout specialist, and wellness advocate for women. Using science-based tools and practical strategies, she helps women eliminate burnout symptoms, build resilience, and feel valued and recognized for their contributions.

Elizabeth is the founder of Live Your Brilliance Coaching and creator of “The Resilient Leadership Framework,” a skill-building, proven system based on nine core principles of powerful self-leadership.
