• Pre-Call Questionnaire: This questionnaire will take you 30-45 minutes and will help me get a feel for your individual situation by listing the obstacles, roadblocks, current role or position, career, relationship, and day-to-day challenges...and I'll get started on the tools, resources, and solutions that I believe could benefit you the most.

• Two Short Assessments: These will allow us to hit the ground running when we begin.

• First 90-Minute Session on Zoom or phone: We'll take our first 90-minute session to go through your existing schedule, work and day-to-day life piece by piece to identify the primary areas and topics you want to focus on and create a personalized toolkit for you. Together we will map a plan for the week with resources and daily exercises that you will start implementing immediately. I will follow-up with notes from our session and a digital workbook that will include any resources, links and exercises we've discussed.

• Second 90-Minute Session on Zoom or phone: The second 90-minute session will assess what insights you've had throughout the week, what you found most helpful, where we need to refocus or deepen the work, and what if any areas we need to address going forward. We will then focus on goal-setting and strategizing next steps. You'll leave with a clear vision that will both help you implement the plan we've created and maintain momentum.
